Prepare your reporting platform account

This page reflects our reading of Cyber Resilience Act, Article 14(7) and Article 16; ENISA SRP FAQ and AR User Manual as of . It is not legal advice. Review process.

Filing on ENISA's Single Reporting Platform needs a Primary Assigned Representative registered through EU Login with multi-factor authentication, and a coordinating CSIRT chosen on the platform, which then validates the registration. ENISA accepts up to twenty notifications while that validation is pending, so it is recommended rather than required before you can file. Declara cannot see the platform; it records what you tell it, each step dated when first ticked.

Steps

  1. Open Settings and find Reporting platform account.
  2. Enter the Primary Assigned Representative, and one or more Secondary Assigned Representatives, one per line (the platform allows up to twenty). A secondary is whoever can file when the primary is asleep, on leave or on a plane.
  3. Tick that the primary is registered through EU Login with multi-factor authentication, once they are. Register backup MFA devices, because a lost phone locks the account.
  4. Tick that the coordinating CSIRT has validated the registration, once it has.
  5. Choose the workspace's default coordinating CSIRT under Workspace on the same page.

What you should see

The checklist marks each step done, and recommended ones as such. Until the required steps are recorded, a case that has not filed its early warning says what is missing.
